My little corner of the Web to cook, style, photograph & share dishes I love - from leftovers from shoots, to homegrown, foraged or just because that's what I want to eat & share.

I’m Rob, a professional food photographer, food stylist, recipe developer, and passionate foodie. Over the past 30 years, I’ve worked with some of the world’s biggest food brands, styled countless cookbooks—including Rick Stein’s latest Christmas Cookbook—and built a career capturing delicious food through photography.

Now, I’m excited to share that knowledge with you here on Sizzle & Shoot. From my food photography studio, Half Pint House in the historic village of Mayfield, East Sussex, I create easy-to-follow recipes, food styling tips, and photography techniques that prove cooking and capturing great food doesn’t have to be difficult.
